• To save space in your luggage and reduce the weight should you be charged extra, take samples of toiletries rather than packing your large ‘home size’ containers.
• Try and stay out of jail! This may seem a little obvious, but make sure you are aware of laws and regulations that are specific to the country you are visiting.
• Try not to view maps openly on the street, this immediately identifies you as a tourist, if possible step into a busy business to find you way.
