Deliveries
We try to despatch goods within 24 hours. If for some reason, our
suppliers can not match this commitment, you will be emailed with a despatch
date and the choice of cancelling oyur order with a full refund.
What about your returns
policy?
Within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return any book in its
original condition and any other merchandise in new condition, with its
original packaging and accessories for a full refund. Please note that we can
process returns and refunds only for items purchased from 24DrTravel.com.
What do you do about
mispricings?
Despite our best efforts, it is possible that occasionally items in our catalog
are mispriced. However, we always verify prices as part of our shipping
procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we
charge the lower amount and post you the item. If an item's correct price is
higher than our stated price, we contact you for instructions before posting.
We don't charge your credit card until we post your order. If you've paid by
cheque and we owe you a full or partial refund, we will send a refund cheque
for the correct amount immediately.

"Special Order." This means that we must contact the supplier to

received and processed the returned item. Please note that we can refund
