1. How does the programme work?
- Read the 24DRTravel affiliates programme Agreement
Here
- Join:
Fill out a brief online application form. We
typically review applications within one business day. After you've been
approved, you'll receive an e-mail with detailed linking instructions.
- Start Building Your Links:
Get started by adding the 24DrTravel logo to your home page and earn commission on products sold. Your individual link and our logo will be sent to you on your acceptance into the programme.
- Start earning commission:
- Once your application has been approved, you will automatically
earn commission on sales generated by your links.
- You'll receive weekly commission statements and (according to
the procedures described in the Agreement) at the end of each quarter, we will send you a cheque
for any payments due to you.
2. How will my visitors place orders?
- Overview:
You can link direct to our home
page or direct them to a particular sector such as the eShop or the immunisation clinics. In turn, we will record, process and fulfill your customer orders.
- Links to our home page:
- Visitors to your site click on the 24DrTravel logo
using the standard link and go to the 24DrTravel home
page.
- You earn 10% on items they purchase.
- Links to particular areas:
- Visitors to your site follow a link from your
description to that particular area of our site, where they can
have a consultation, make a booking or add it to their Shopping Basket. The commission remains 10%.
- 24DrTravel will then deal with the customer for the service purchased and any follow up action..
How do I know where to point my customers?
You should direct your visitors to those areas that correspond most closely with
your customer profile. For example, a long haul travel company will find pre-departure information and immunisation more important than a short haul operator.
Participating in our affiliate programme allows you to offer the whole range of travel healthcare delivered in a professional and reassuring manner.

How does 24DrTravel track orders coming from my web
site?
Links from affiliates to our site
use a special format that includes each affiliates unique account code.
Every time a customer follows one of these links to our site, this unique
URL tells us who sent the customer to us. You will receive an e-mail containing your unique
affiliate ID after you fill out the online application.
How do I keep track of how many people visit and
order?
Every week, we will send you a detailed report
by e-mail describing the activity of customers tracked
from your Web site. A sample report shows how this information is presented.
How much will I be paid?
See the complete text of the
agreement for details. In general you are paid 10% comission an all sales tracked from your web site.
Do I earn commission on all
products?
No. Books are not included. All other products and services pay 10% commission.

Almost all sites qualify to participate
in the programme; however, we will not accept sites that we decide
are unsuitable. Examples of sites that we will not accept:
- sites with sexually explicit material
- sites that promote violence
- sites that promote discrimination based on race, sex, religion,
national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age
- sites that promote illegal activities
- sites that violate intellectual property rights
- Is the programme really free to join?
Applying
to and participating in the 24DrTravel affiliates programme is
absolutely free. There is no charge to apply and there is no minimum
sales requirement. In fact, there are no fees of any kind.
- How do you calculate commission payments?
Commisssion is earned on a product by product basis:
- All products and services qualify except for books.
- Each product you include on your site will be sold by
24DrTravel to your visitors at the same price offered on the
24DrTravel site. Any discount offered to our customers will
also apply to customers who follow special links from your
web site.
- You earn commission on each qualifying sale, as long as the
customer accepts and pays for the product.
- The commission rates is as follows:
- 10% of the sale price of all goods and services except books where there is no commission.
