24Dr Travel is a trading style of Rock Insurance Services Limited. Our service consists of medical information and computing and communications services and software and other content provided by Rock Insurance Services Limited to its users. In addition third parties provide information, software and other content (collectively 'Third Party Providers") which may be accessed through Rock Insurance Services Limited.

Advice given within the site is intended solely for the purpose of providing general information. You should ALWAYS seek the advice of your own doctor for any questions you may have regarding your own medical condition.

Rock Insurance Services Limited claims copyrights in the contents of the Rock Insurance Services Limited information service as a compilation. These copyrights are held in accordance with Copyright Laws. Rock Insurance Services Limited does not claim ownership of those products and services provided to Rock Insurance Services Limited by Third Party Providers.

LICENCE

A user is granted a personal non-transferrable nonexclusive licence to use and display the Rock Insurance Services Limited software ("Service") on any computer of which the member is the primary user.

USERS MAY NOT:

1. Reproduce, publish, distribute, transmit, or otherwise transfer, or commercially exploit, any information retrieved from or software contained in the Service in any manner whatsoever that may infringe any copyright or proprietary interest of Rock Insurance Services Limited, any Third Party Provider, or any other party.
2. Distribute, rent, sublicence, lease, resell or assign the Service or documentation.
3. Alter, modify or adapt the Service or documentation, including but not limited to translating, decompiling, disassembling, or creating derivative works.
4. Allow any other person to have access to or use user code, or password.
5. Publish on or over the Service any information, software or other content which contains errors, which is illegal, or which violates or infringes upon the rights of any other person or which would be abusive, profane, pornographic, or sexually offensive to an average person, or which, without the approval of Rock Insurance Services Limited, contains any advertising or any solicitation of other users to use goods or services.
6. Place any copyrighted material on the Service without the permission of the owner or other specifically authorised person.
7. Use the facilities or capabilities of the Service to conduct any business or activity or solicit the performance of any activity which is prohibited by law or to solicit members to become subscribers of other information services.
8. Use the facilities or capabilities of the Service to send unsolicited advertising or promotional material to other Rock Insurance Services Limited users.
9. Use the facilities or capabilities of the Service to download and redistribute public information or shareware programs for personal gain.
10. Make mass redistribution (high frequency or high volume transfers, or both) of public domain information or shareware.
11. Send unsolicited e-mails for commercial purposes.

USERS SHALL:

1. Be responsible for providing all telephone and other equipment and services necessary to access the Service.
2. Receive certain portions of the Service free, if eligible.
3. For portions of the Service not provided free, member shall pay, in accordance with the billing option selected by member, any fees incurred by member at the rates in effect for the billing period in which those charges are incurred, including but not limited to charges for any purchases made through the Service and any surcharges incurred while using any supplemental networks or services other than the Service. Member shall pay all applicable taxes relating to users use of the Service. Users shall be responsible for all use of the Service accessed through user code and password.
4. Indemnify and hold Rock Insurance Services Limited harmless from and against all claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses, obligations, liabilities, damages and recoveries, including reasonable legal fees, costs and expenses, which arise out of, or result from, a users violation of the terms of this Agreement, including, without limitation, the placement of information, software or other content on the Service by the user.

USERS MAY:

1. Make copies of this licence agreement and freely distribute it to others.
2. Place information, software or other content in the public areas of the Service for purposes other than those prohibited under the section heading USERS MAY NOT. A member who places permitted information in the public areas of the Service grants Rock Insurance Services Limited the right to copy, publish, distribute and translate such information, software or content. Subject to this grant, each member who places permitted information, software or other content on the Service retains any rights member may have in such information, software or other content. Only an owner or specifically authorised person may upload copyrighted material to the Service. Any member may upload public domain programs to the Service.
3. Download copyrighted material for the users own use. Except as expressly provided by copyright law, copying, redistribution, or publication must be with the express permission of Rock Insurance Services Limited and the owner or other authorised person, if other than Rock Insurance Services Limited. Permission must be specified in the document on the Service, or must be obtained directly from Rock Insurance Services Limited and the owner or other authorised person if other than Rock Insurance Services Limited. In any copying, redistribution, or publication of copyrighted material, any changes to or deletion of author attribution or copyright notice are prohibited.
4. Download public domain programs for the users own use. The user assumes all risks regarding the determination of whether a program is in the public domain.

Rock Insurance Services Limited reserves the right in its sole discretion:

1. To suspend or terminate Service to any user at any time for violation of the terms of this Agreement.
2. To edit or delete any information, software or other content placed by a member on the Service, regardless of whether it violates the standards for content.
3. To change the terms of this Agreement and fees by notice published over the Service.
4. To discontinue or revise any or all aspects of the Service without prior notice

DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTY:

NO WARRANTY IS MADE THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE OR FUNCTION PROPERLY ON A USERS COMPUTER, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL CONFORM TO ITS PERFORMANCE SPECIFICATIONS.

THE SERVICE AND ITS SOFTWARE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR ANY OTHER STATUTORY OR COMMON LAW WARRANTIES.

NO WARRANTY IS MADE REGARDING THE PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE OR THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED BY USING THE SOFTWARE. THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE INSTALLATION, USE, QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE OF THE SOFTWARE IS WITH THE USER. NO WARRANTY IS MADE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.

These disclaimers of warranty are made by Rock Insurance Services Limited, its Third Party Providers and any one else involved in creating, producing or delivering the Service.

LIMITATION OF REMEDIES:

IN NO EVENT SHALL Rock Insurance Services Limited, ANY THIRD PARTY PROVIDER, OR ANYONE ELSE INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DELIVERING THE SERVICE BE LIABLE TO A USER FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LIABILITY OF Rock Insurance Services Limited EXCEED THE FEE PAID BY A MEMBER FOR THIS SOFTWARE LICENCE.

OTHER TERMS:

1. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of Rock Insurance Services Limited, Third Party Providers. and their respective successors and assigns.
2. This Agreement shall be governed, interpreted, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Copyright and trademark matters are governed under these laws. Users and Rock Insurance Services Limited expressly submit themselves to the jurisdiction of the Crown courts in the United Kingdom for the purpose of any dispute or suit concerning the terms of this Agreement or the Service licenced hereunder.
3. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify the provisions of this Agreement. If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 4. All obligations of and restrictions on members shall survive any suspension or termination of the Service.
